I’ll tell you, Tae, you would never know that this ‘Honda favorite’ used to be a rolling box; a good box, a reliable box, a practical box, but a box, nontheless. Of course I must be equitable about it; this all-new 2012 beautiful machine has now had fifteen years to stretch and mold into an amazingly safe, fun and agile market leader in its class in my opinion. 

Wow Tae, if the late Walter Deming, the great American born and bred manufacturing pioneer could see the amazing quality products rolling down the design and production lines of Japan, he would be very happy indeed :0) I continually stand amazed how this one man, who revolutionized forever quality control in the manufacturing world, and not solely limited to the automobile industry, changed the course of quality control history and forever raised the bar! 

Ask any Japanese executive of any Japanese company or corporation involved in manufacturing about the prestigious ‘Walter Deming’ award, the most coveted award in Japanese manufacturing and they will unanimously speak with the utmost respect and honor about this truly remarkable American QC legend.    

Yes indeed, Walter, Honda listened to you and they continue to “make it simple”, and like a good wine, that simplicity is perfected, it seems, more and more each year.
